At Yoshihiro Cutlery, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted knife does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully clean and dry the cutlery, then place it back in its original wooden saya or box with all protective guards and documentation included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send the package to our California sharpening and distribution center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master bladesmiths inspect the tool for signs of use or damage, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
